Well you are thinking right now, this guys is a mad. I’m explaining you why i’m suggesting to take a good cable and a good amp. Put a new 9 volt battery on the battery store and check the pickups are sounding proper otherwise avoid it. (For active pickup). 6. Check the sound of the guitar in plugged with a amp. Check clean tone first. If there no noise in each step of pickup selector, you shouldn’t be worried about guitar noise. 7. Check the volume pots, tone pots are working properly. 8. For fixed bridge, check the bridge properly. If there too much rust, try to avoid it. Check there screws which are used to take the bridge up and down are working properly. Check all the screws of saddle are in mint condition. 10. For floating system bridge, check the bridge properly. If there too much rust in the bridge try to avoid it. Check every screw used in the bridge are in mint condition. Check all the saddles. Check the fine tuners are working properly. Check the springs on the back inside the guitar are working properly.
